What if I want to downgrade but have more animals than the new plan allows?
You can schedule the change, but Herpadex will only apply it once the number of animals in your records fits the new plan's limit. You can keep track of the scheduled change in the app.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. With a paid plan, you will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes the same features as the paid plans. The only difference is the number of animals you can keep in your records.
